Routine check-ups:
Regularly check the quality and level of fuel, lubricating oil, cooling water, and clean battery terminals and wiring.
Check whether the mechanical fasteners are loose and whether the moving parts rotate flexibly.
Scheduled Maintenance:
Change the oil and oil filter every 500 hours or quarterly.
Replace the fuel filter and clean the fuel tank and cooling water tank every 1000 hours or six months.
Troubleshooting:
Engine Won't Start: Check fuel adequacy, battery status, and starting motor.
Insufficient power generation: Check the power generation control module, line connections, and output terminals.
Abnormal Smoke:
White smoke: The fuel injector is stuck or the diesel atomization is poor, and the fuel injector needs to be adjusted or replaced.
Blue smoke: burn engine oil, need to check the piston ring, air filter oil pan oil level.
Black smoke: The fuel supply is too late or the pressure of the fuel injector is insufficient, and the oil supply advance angle needs to be adjusted.
Safety Precautions:
During maintenance, cut off the power supply and wait for the engine to cool down, and it is forbidden to use it in the place where the gas leaks.
It is strictly forbidden to use non-specified accessories, and operate in strict accordance with the instructions.
